Visiting assistant professorship: Dr. Eman Hamza

Dr. Eman Hamza partidipates the research training group as visiting assistant professor from July to October 2016. She is staying at the University of Tübingen and working on a project with Prof. Christian Hainzl on "Spectral Problems arising from BCS theory of superconductivity":

 

In recent years there has been a huge mathematical development in understanding Bardeen–Cooper–S chrieffer theory of superconductivity. This project explores the use of spectral theoretic techniques to better understand some of the observed properties of superconductivity.
