The guest lecturer on the occasion of the Stuttgart-Tuebingen seminar on May 23, 2014 was Jan Dereziński (third person from the left on the picture). Jan Dereziński is professor at the Department of Mathematical Methods in Physics
at the University of Warsaw (Poland). He has a broad range of interests in mathematical physics but he is best know for his work on the scattering theory of many-particle quantum systems and
quantum fields.
