|Time and Venue|| The conference will begin on Wednesday, September 16 (arrival day) in the evening
and end on Monday, September 21 (departure day).
It will take place in the Söllerhaus of the University of Stuttgart. Söllerhaus is located in Hirschegg (Kleinwalsertal) in Austria.
More detailed information will appear here nearer to the time of the workshop.
Registration is open now. Since space in Söllerhaus is
quite limited, and accommodation is so as well, early
registration by informal email to the organisers is

In addition to the invited lectures, there will be a few contributed talks. If you would like to suggest contributing a talk, please send an abstract (plain text or latex) to the organisers.
Currently, participants of this conference as well as of other conferences are being targeted by scammers asking for travel information or credit card details. Please do not share personal details with unknown sources, and contact the organisers directly in case of any doubt. The organisers will of course never ask for sensitive information over the phone or by email.
|Financial support||Limited partial funding is available, primarily for young participants and for invited speakers. If you would like to apply for partial funding - which may usually contribute towards accommodation expenses - then please do so when registering.|

|Accommodation||For invited speakers, rooms have been booked in Söllerhaus by the organisers. For other participants, some shared accommodation is available in Söllerhaus, to be booked through the organisers. Other accommodation is available in Kleinwalsertal, which at the time is expected to be very popular with tourists. The nearest villages to Söllerhaus are Hirschegg and Riezlern. Söllerhaus is above the valley and can be reached by a healthy hike, enjoying panoramic views, or by a chair lift, in the mornings also by bus. Participants booking accommodation in the valley may want to bring torches or headtorches with them.|
|Travel to the conference venue||
The nearest airport is Memmingen, which is served by various budget
airlines. Other airports are in München, Stuttgart and Frankfurt.
The nearest railway station is Oberstdorf in Germany, which is well connected to München, Ulm, Stuttgart and other places. From the station in Oberstdorf there are regular buses (Walserbus) to Kleinwalsertal. See here for information on busses (note that this timetable will change in summer 2020). Line 1 connects Oberstdorf with the villages in the valley. Changing to line 5 in Riezlern and leaving the bus at Fuchsfarm brings you close to Söllerhaus.
|Sightseeing||Kleinwalsertal offers a huge variety of easy and less easy hikes, some of which starting directly at Söllerhaus. Appropriate shoes, walking sticks and in some cases further equipment are recommended.|
