Alexandra Zvonareva (Czech Academy of Sciences, Prague), Limits and colimits of silting objects.

  • Abstract:
In my talk I will discuss when homotopy colimits of silting objects and homotopy limits of cosilting objects in the derived category of a ring are again silting and cosilting, respectively. For a tame finite dimensional algebra this allows to construct a two-term silting and a two-term cosilting object corresponding to the numerical torsion pairs associated to any g-vector. The application to tame finite dimensional algebras is based on the result by Keller-Plamondon-Yurikusa stating that the g-vector fan of a tame algebra is dense. Based on joint work in progress with Rosanna Laking.
