Jorge Vitoria, Noncommutative projective spaces and finite dimensional
algebras.
Abstract:
Recent developments in noncommutative projective geometry,
following Artin and Zhang's approach, have shown close links to the
representation theory of finite dimensional algebras. In this talk,
after surveying some basic ideas in this field, we shall discuss the
example of skew-polynomial rings and their finite dimensional
counterparts and present some more general results by Minamoto and
Mori concerning Artin-Schelter regular algebras.
