Mutation of cosilting complexes

Abstract:
In this talk, we will discuss a concept of mutation for large cosilting complexes. We will explain why this concept generalises the one proposed by Aihara-Iyama (for silting complexes), and we will explore its potential advantages. Time permitting, we hope to discuss some aspects of this generalisation in the context of finite-dimensional algebras and in the setting of commutative noetherian rings. This is based on ongoing joint work with Lidia Angeleri Hügel, Rosanna Laking and Jan Šťovíček and on joint work with Sergio Pavon.
