Quasi-hereditary coalgebras, derived Tannaka-Krein and Ringel duality

Abstract:
I will discuss quasi-hereditary coalgebras, and introduce a presumably novel approach of showing that a given coalgebra is quasi-hereditary, based on the Tannaka-Krein formalism. This technique will be applied to a version of the universal Hopf algebra coacting on a Koszul, Artin-Schelter regular algebra, as introduced by Manin. We will see that this approach is in fact related to Ringel duality for quasi-hereditary (co)algebras.
