Chrysostomos Psaroudakis (Thessaloniki), Cleft Extensions of Triangulated
Categories.
Abstract:
In this talk we introduce cleft extensions of triangulated categories. This
new concept provides a systematic framework for studying the derived
categories of cleft extensions of rings. Moreover, every recollement of
triangulated categories gives rise to a cleft extension. After discussing
properties and examples of cleft extensions of triangulated categories, we
introduce θ-extensions of dg categories and explain how Hochschild
cohomology and singularity categories behave under this construction.
This is joint work with Georgios Dalezios and Panagiotis Kostas.
