Affine
nilTemperley-Lieb algebras, partic algebras, and combinatorics of particle
configurations
Abstract:
Affine nilTemperley-Lieb algebras and partic
algebras can be defined by generators and relations. The defining relations are
difficult to work with, but these algebras can be studied by considering their
faithful actions on fermionic and bosonic particle configurations, respectively.
This allows to describe bases and the centres of these algebras. As an
application, we give a classification of simple modules for the affine
nilTemperley-Lieb algebra.
