Exact Borel subalgebras and boxes.
Abstract:
By construction the Verma modules in BGG category O for a semisimple complex Lie algebra are induced
from the universal enveloping algebra of a Borel subalgebra. The analogue of this for quasi-hereditary
algebras leads to the notion of an exact Borel subalgebra.
In this (second) talk we explain how to construct such a subalgebra for every quasi-hereditary algebra
up to Morita equivalence by translating the A-infinity structure from the previous talk to the world of
boxes.
