Steffen Koenig, On dimensions of Brauer (and related) algebras.

Abstract:
This talk continues the series on Brauer algebras. These are defined combinatorially, and it is not immediate, but challenging, to find some structure, in particular homological one. In this talk, five dimensions will be discussed - vector space, global, finitistic, dominant and representation dimension. Only one of these is known for Brauer algebras, in the other cases some partial results and (potential) analogues will be given.
