Gustavo Jasso (Bonn),
An introduction to tau-tilting theory I and II.
Abstract:
The class of tau-tilting modules over a finite dimensional algebra was
introduced by Adachi-Iyama-Reiten
in order to complete that of tilting modules from the point of view of
mutation combinatorics. Although
this class has been extended recently by
Angeleri Hügel-Marks-Vitória to
arbitrary rings under the name
of silting modules, our aim in this series of talks is to give a survey of
known results in the context
of finite dimensional algebras. No familiarity with tau-tilting theory will
be assumed.
