liquidCluster estimates the cluster tree with the help of some density estimators. Key features are::

The currently available Linux command line version has an interface that is very similar to the one of liquidSVM.
On Linux and Mac on the terminal liquidCluster can be used in the following way:

tar xzf liquidCluster.tar.gz
cd liquidCluster
make cluster
cd scripts
./cluster.sh bananas-5.10000
Results are written to the ./results folder.
